The only thing which annoyed me was the restaurant staff. I have never come across such sloppy and lazy behavior on my travels. But one can always eat elsewhere.

YUKI NAKATANI 2009-12-28	Railay Bay Resort & Spa, Ao Nang, Railay Bay I HAVE REQUESTED A ROOM ON THE WEST SIDE, BUT THE ROOM WE HAD WAS ON THE EAST. IF I HAD KNOWN OF THIS HAPPENS, I WOULD HAVE HAD A DOUBLE ROOM INSTEAD OF TWIN. IT WAS DISAPPOINTMENT.	IT WAS VERY SMOOTH THROUGH THE BOOKING.

Once very nice designer bungalows that do not get enough upkeep (e.g., solution to mold under the basket in the bathroom? Always put the basket on the same spot) Avoid if you don t like kids running amok on the breakfast buffet because their parents are too ignorant to watch them, or if you don t like overcrowded beaches. There are nicer places in Thailand.
